Empowering Wellness: E-Counseling Services offers a one year engagement in a Wellness Across the Lifetime Group. This group is broken into two 26-week programs in groups of 5-10 in an virtual video platform.   

Wellness Across the lifetime groups

The Wellness Across the Lifetime Group builds on Dialectical Behavioral and Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic principles to look at our whole health and ways to live a happier and healthier life holistically.  The group goes through every important aspect of well-living: Mental Health, Physical Health, Financial Health, Relationships, Work Life Balance, Negotiating Our Value, Finding and Keeping Friends, Building and Obtaining Life Goals. 

Group format is open at the beginning of the three sections which last 9 weeks each. These sections breaking down important aspects of Living a Life Worth Living, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotional Regulation.  Each group section will begin with Mindfulness (the foundation to well-living) and then build into weekly 2.5 hour sessions in a group format to discuss an important lesson, review homework, and discuss how lessons apply to our personal circumstances. 

Some goals for the Wellness Across the Lifetime Group would be to achieve financial independence, learn how to retire early, find value for self, live a fulfilled and balance work and life, find career happiness, and build meaningful and engaging relationships/friendships.
