The program is designed to help you incorporate the serenity of your retreat into your every day life, building a lasting self-care routine and option to come back any time to re-engage in full relaxation. Wellness Retreats are individually designed for each person and can help foster individual growth along with working with strengthening each partner in a couple and each family member during family retreats.
During each stay, a Wellness Concierge will walk you through a holistic path to healing and wellness. This path begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify: stressors, past trauma/stress on the body, toxins, coping strategies, eating habits, and barriers to your desired lifestyle. After the assessment is complete, your personal Wellness Concierge will walk you through your stay and to activities identified to maximize your wellness experience. Prior to and after each of your chosen activities, your Wellness Concierge will discuss its healing aspects and help you gain insight into incorporating these transcending properties into your everyday life. Your Wellness Concierge will also help build your passport to wellness, allowing you to journal and develop a plan for a lifetime wellness. Wellness Retreats range from 1 power day to one month. From gaining insight into how to begin your holistic wellness journey to jump starting your wellness lifestyle- there is a path for each person to choose from and start their first chapter in a healthier and happier life. |

WHAT TO EXPECTThe Wellness Retreat is a private stay in a serene mountain home with access to many natural amenities and wellness supports. The focus of the retreat is health and healing. Although a Licensed Mental Health Counselor is at the helm of your wellness visit, the focus is on general wellness and self-care. Therapy is offered but not required. To begin, you will start talking to your Wellness Concierge to discuss you wants/needs and develop a plan that will fit specifically for you. Once you both agree upon available dates, you will book your wellness retreat and get information to help prepare and get excited about your relaxation vacation. While at the retreat, you will stay in a private room or cabin and have an itinerary built with your goals in mind.
The days will be as structured or free as you want them. You have a long list of activities to engage in during your stay and work with the concierge to understand how each moment can be incorporated into building a lifetime of wellness and self-care: well beyond your retreat experience. |
